Class - Reset to Restore

Welcome to this one hour class where we will release the tension at the end of the day and prepare for a great night's sleep. 

​

Class will begin with some gentle stretching, connecting with our breath and our intention.

​

We'll then move on to two or three restorative poses using everyday items as props.

​

By the end of the hour, we hope you'll feel ready to enjoy the rest of your evening - or maybe just roll into bed!
